Walmart Pharmacy

My doctors office called in my prescription today, and I was able to go in, have it prepared and picked up within 20 minutes.nnMy insurance (Blue Cross) was being awful and denied prescription coverage. the tech recommended us to go online and see if we could find a coupon to ease the cost. Luckily, we could find one.nnPharmacist walked me through the medication as I’d never taken before.nnI’ve seen a couple bad reviews about long wait times?? There was a long line outside for the drive thru (the last 45 minutes before they closed) so I just walked inside and was helped right away.nnGreat service, I would highly recommend them for their professionalism. They helped ease a stressful day of dealing with insurance.

If this review could post a zero star review, I would give it to them. For the SECOND time, I have shown up to pick up prescriptions well after the time I was told they would be ready for pick up. (Days later) Waited in the long drive through pick up line (At least 30 minutes) gotten to the front of the line, for them to tell me my prescriptions weren’t ready and I’d have to come back 30 minutes later. When I questioned them with the fact that their automated line stated that the prescriptions would be ready the day prior by 11am and here we are now on the following day at 4pm, the pharmacy techs response was “well we have a lot of prescriptions to fill” Poor customer service. They can’t seem to get themselves. This isn’t the first time, and seems to becoming a pattern. Must be time to switch pharmacies.

Good pharmacy. Not crazy busy. Employees are nice and in good mood. They smile. Explain very well your medication use. Recommend them!!

I just had the best experience at the pharmacy today! We finally got information on our prescription cards and Angela was kind enough to look into it for us and try to refund us 3 months worth of full priced prescriptions!! She went above and beyond for us and showed me what true customer service was! Thank you Angela ud83dude04

Very slow, confused, and told me that my prescription had not been called in, I called my doctor while at the window and it was confirmed that it was sent to them. Would not recommed this pharmacy.
