Online ordered 3 Love its and picked up order. Got all the way home and had 2 Love It’s and a Like it. One Love it was even wrong. Tried to call store several time and they pick up the phone and then hang up. Lost our business until they start paying attention. Other places to get ice cream
This place is my go to place for special occasions or just a fun treat for the kids. I love their cakes and their ice cream.
It was super packed and 30 mins to close and these poor workers still helped everyone super fast! There was a constant line of people out of the door i felt so bad for them. Great job ud83dudc4f bomb ice cream
I ordered last night on the app and they completely butchered my order. Here’s what I ordered:nn-chocolate ice creamn-raspberriesn-blackberriesn-strawberriesn-yellow cake piecesnnHere’s what I got:nn-chocolate ice creamn-black cherriesn-two whole yellow cake pieces crammed on topnnI went back tonight and ordered the same thing all over again, and it was fine. So I guess the lesson here is definitely DON’T use the app to order. If you aren’t watching them prepare it, there’s no guarantee that it’ll be done correctly. Really disappointing and frustrating.
Just ordered from here on DoorDash and there was a rather large winged cockroach type bug in the ice cream. Not on top but mixed in. My wife is quite traumatized as she discovered it in her mouth and not the dish.
