Better selection than other Ross stores I have shopped.

I always love going to ross for their wide array of products. From skin care to nail polish,straighteners,curling irons,glam yourself up with there large selection of make up,need a new dress no problem,kids need shoes,socks,blankets it's there,need a suitcase for that vacation you booked have it. And don't forget the coffee on your way out. With the money you save you can treat yourself to a milkshake at the burger place

Horrible customer service! The cashiers are very rude and clearly do not like their job. I stood in line for 20 minutes as there were only two cashiers ringing up all customers in line. I had an exchange and no one was at the exchange counter for that 20 minutes of me standing there. I got into the regular line and as I approached the first cashier she very rudely stated that I was in the wrong line and called the cashier over to do my exchange. Once I got to the exchange line the cashier there was also very very rude and said that I was in the wrong line and next time I need to stay in and exchange line regardless if anybody’s there or not. During the whole Process she was rolling her eyes and making comments to me. Now I usually don’t say anything But I was getting really annoyed with how unprofessional these people were. I simply told her to do her job and do the exchange as I wasn’t asking for money back I was only asking to exchange the item for a bigger size. She then continued to complain to me that one of the tags are missing on items I was exchanging although I had my receipt. It literally took her two minutes to make a new label for the item yet she just didn’t want to do so. After my exchange my boyfriend was standing behind me who had ONE item to purchase and she told him she was Only doing exchanges and returns. She said he had to get back in line in which we stood there and waited again for one item that she could’ve just simply rung up for him. The worst part of it all is that she actually called the next customer in line to be rung up on their purchase with no exchange. Clearly she just did it to be spiteful at that point. This place is super unprofessional and this is not my first negative experience with them. Management hires people and doesn’t keep tabs on how they treat customers. Not to mention the fact that it’s basically a free-for-all at this place and there’s always something going on like children under the racks running around screaming. People trying clothes on during this pandemic in the middle of the store like it’s a dressing room. I would highly not recommend going to this place at this point they have good prices but that’s pretty much all they have going for them not worth the headache
