Ben and his team are very friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and professional.
The pharmacy manager doesn't play. Within 3 minutes he had confirmed his pharmacy unfortunately didn't have in my medication, called the closest pharmacy to me, confirmed they had the medication, and told them I was on my way. He knows what he's doing.
We had multiple positive experiences at Whitehall paharmacy. Pharmacy manager Ben Gibson has helped us on several occasions. He goes out of the way to help the customers. He is one of the best pharmacy manager we have ever seen. Other than being helpful he is also very kind and knowledgeable person. I am sure other customers would have the same positive feedback about Ben.
The pharmacist Ben is super rude he didn’t even bother to counsel me on my new meds, a d even when i asked he was short and quick, brushed me off and made feel guilty for asking, such a shame for a pharmacist
They will get more than one star once they hire good people and get rid of the rude ones,
