My wife went to kohl’s Trexlertown on 9/9 and she qualified for kohl’s cash (20.00). The girl Nicole ran the certificate through but didn’t give it to my wife. When asked about why she didn’t get it Nicole told her oh you get them by email now. Well then why did you rub the certificate through the the cash register. No kohl’s cash came through email. (8 days later still no kohl’s cash). I think Nicole has a scam running and is keeping all the kohl’s cash for herself. Shame on you!!!
I normally shop at the Stroudsburg location.. Manager Christine and staff are so welcoming . Best place to shop. Highly recommend !!!
The fitting rooms are not open and you can tell they were trying to unload all winter stuff that they couldn't get rid of because of covid 19. Hence not much summer apparel. Also very hot in there especially with the masks. Still nice to finally get a few clothes items!
The % off coupons are limited to brands you can buy from in thr store, no idea why a store would carry Levi's Nike and other brands that don't honor the coupons they print, i wasn't a big fan of kohl's to begin with, definitely not a fan after finding that out.
