I regret buying from Sheri's. The flooring product I bought was fine and as expected. It arrived within 3 business days of ordering. However, the customer service was poor.nnI primarily communicated with Sandy, both in person and over the phone. With each interaction, I felt she was insincere, impatient, and not interested in giving full attention to each customer. When I called to check on the arrival of my order, she rudely cut me off saying she just walked in, had other requests, and would call later. She did not call me back that day, and I felt uncomfortable calling her again. I just showed up when I assumed the product would be ready.nnI'll go out of my way to buy at Home Depot next time.
Very friendly and affordable
When I bought my home in Priest River, I went to Sheri's and furnished the whole house with new furniture in every room, including lovely area rugs.nnSince then I have been back many times and Sheri has provided me with custom-made blinds, vertical blinds, mini blinds, a new memory foam mattress for my bed, a new faux leather recliner, new end table, new office chair for my computer desk, etc.nnTip -- tell Sherry to call you or send you an email when they have sales! This is a great store to do business with in Priest River.
I've had 2 excellent experiences - new wooden shades last summer and now beautiful new countertops in kitchen and bath. Sandy, Sheri and the installer were all great to work with !
Really nice selection of furniture and home decor, along with super friendly staff. Pro-tip: follow them on Facebook for notice of upcoming sales and specials.
