Jess has this aesthetics practice DIALED IN!! She is very knowledgable about not only her product but about anatomy and safe injection techniques. Jess is great at keeping her patients involved in the process. She has great feedback for those of us who are not experienced in the ways of aesthetics. Jess @KCA is AMAZING!!! Her customer service is beyond compare to any other spa I have been to. And she truly knows her stuff. You can tell she has done a lot of research and is very knowledgeable and cares about what she does. My face has never looked better. She also takes the time to give a natural look. I was worried about doing some procedures becaue I didn't want to change the way I looked. I also purchased some of the skin care products she uses and my wrinkles under my eyes have decreased. I would highly recommend. 5 plus stars!!!!

I have used a medspa for years but wanted to make a change. Jessica Keen was referred by a friend but she is now my go to. I was scared to get my lips done for fear of the duck lips look but Jessica did such a great job that my lips look natural, replumped, and the lines around my lips are diminished.
