Snake River Pool & Spa

I don't think there is anyone in Boise who delivers better customer service than Snake River Pool and Spas. They represent a model of how to take care of customers and I love visiting them. From there front desk staff to their sales staff to their service department everyone is exceptional. I bought a hot springs spa in 2005 and since then have come to them for products and water testing. We added a pool and again I've gone to them for products and testing and support. We moved and missed our hot tub badly so recently bought a used Hot Springs spa and they have been awesome walking us through this purchase and advising us on repairs. When you are one of their customers you feel like they have your back. They build long-term relationships with their clients. Also, pro tip, Hot Spring Spas are literally top of the line and the best product in the marketplace if you are looking for a hot tub.They make parts for their models for 20 years and have an experienced staff and are able to service them with ease. Also, these spas are well insulated easy to maintain because of their filtration systems and the way they are constructed and are better insulated and more quiet. I've done tons of research on this. It's really remarkable when a great product is backed up by a great company and service. I give them my highest review.

Yesterday I made the best decision to call Snake River Pool and Spa regarding the problems with my hot tub. A little history..... I've been unable to get reliable feedback in the Boise area from other Spa dealers, including the spa dealer I bought my hot tub from and had resorted to 800 numbers and printing out documentation from online sources to handle my hard water problem and balance pH. What a breath of fresh air to speak with Amber Henning! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional over the phone. Amber said come on down and we'll test your water. So I did and not only did they have the product that's compatible with my current system, she went through the whole process with me a few times on her printed documents she gave me after testing my water. Reasonably priced products and rest assured when I want to get another hot tub I will be going through Snake River Pool and Spa, who have a wonderful showroom off of Orchard Street in Boise, and have been in business in the Treasure Valley for decades. Not only did Amber exhibit the most excellent customer service skills she did not pressure me in anyway she simply helped me with a smile! The water test was free and she gave me other little freebies like a measuring cup and spoons and other little things! Wow! Talk about a great experience! We purchased our first hot tub from Mark and we love it! We went in knowing almost nothing and came out educated and confident about our new hot tub. Great customer service, timely delivery and knowledgeable. ...One year later, our tub has had zero issues and we use it constantly. We do not regret this purchase. Definitely recommend!

A few months ago we purchased a new hot tub from the Twin Falls store. From the very beginning of the process we were given amazing service and care by everyone we came in contact with. It was a very challenging task to remove our old hot tub and then install the new one because of the location of the old/new spa on our deck. They rolled in with with amazing help and were so prepared. We just stood back and they made it look somewhat easy ( which it wasn't). We bought a salt water hot tub which we had no experience with so there was a learning curve. All we had to do was call and someone usually Beau (thank you for your patience) would appear each time to help us. If you are considering investing in a new tub or this is your first hot tub Jim and the Spa the Spa Team should be your first call.nnErnie & Kay Kendrick

My wife and I purchased a spa from Danielle in Boise. Not only was she awesome in helping us figure out the best value to meet our families' needs, more importantly, she has been phenomenal after the purchase in helping us with all questions/needs. She really is awesome at her job!
