It was during COVID so consider that. Basically no services. Room was clean and tidy. Decor a little dated if that matters to you. Very typical Embassy Suites experience minus restaurant and lounge. The did serve breakfast

I’ve been staying with Hilton for years. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my 47 years. My room was hot and there was a loud humming noise coming from the AC units outside. Ironically, they weren’t working for my own room. Additionally, I rented out a conference room for the purpose of displaying medical equipment for local surgeons. The bathrooms that were available for use were disgusting. There was ZERO toilet paper in any of the stalls, and plenty of it on the floor. There was a toilet for of someone’s diarrhea left overflowed. My event was 3 days and the general manager, after repeated requests, finally had it cleaned up with a couple of hours remaining of the third day. So many of my customers commented on it. Totally embarrassing.
