Store was super helpful and took their time to help me with my upgrade. I had a worker by the name of Jazmin I believe and she was awesome sauce for sure! Even the new young lady was great! Good experience and would come back.
Great service, from very quick, knowledgeable staff. I had purchased a liquid screen protector which was offered and applied by Lilly. She was very engaging and personable during the time we had to wait for the protector to dry. Compared to most retail employees who would have applied it, handed it back, told me to let it dry for 10 minutes and wandered off. Great employee who is hopefully getting paid and acknowledged for her great work ethic.
Can't give zero star but here we go. I was still me and my partner would both recieve 150 dollar credits for switching. We never got them, had to call verizon and get it fixed after months of waiting. Just found out that the 500 dollars that was promised for the value of phone was apparently incorrect and the people at the store messed up and it was now worth 350 dollars. Which was not what I agreed to and I had to find out from verizon support. Was never told about any changes to our account and in my opinion a verbal breach of contract.
Lilly was amazing! Very knowledgeable. Great attitude and fast service. I highly recommend! It was a joy to go in. Thank you
Courtney was super patient with all my questions! Very pleasant the whole, very long, time i was in the store. I had multiple phones that she took care of and new phones she started up! Very glad i came in today.
