I experienced a small emergency while on the road in Winnemucca this morning after dropping and breaking my phone and realizing during that first split second how dependant I am on it for my job. I walked down to a Verizon store and arrived about the same time a very charming lady named Jacqueline was opening the business for the day. Her efficiency and appealing demeanor helped alleviate all unnecessary anxiety I felt. It turned out to be a very pleasant morning.
Came in for a new case for my phone. My phone was so old everything for it is obsolete. So Jacque talked me into a new phone and at a good price. Xcellent person to deal with. Any other phone needs she'll be helping me.
Jacqueline was very professional and helped me get my cool new phone.
Had a great experience in the store, worker were really professional and knowledgeable will do business again.
