U-Pack

We used Upack for a move from Mn to Idaho. They were awesome! Much more affordable than pods. More room for the price. They were on time and very helpful. We had issues with time loading and they worked with us to make it happen. Definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!

Professional, responsive, and priced right. I used U-pack for a long distance move and could not be happier. I shopped a lot before choosing and ended up choosing U-pack and I am glad I did. They communicated excellent after I signed up, before the move, during the move, while my stuff was in storage, and when delivered. Extra kudos to Jason, the local service center manager. If I need to move again, I will use U-pack and highly recommend.

Moving out of state and first load used a 26’ rental truck. The drive was miserable and took 22 hours for 950 miles (overnight stay in middle). Once we got there I had one more load and used upack. Wow what a difference. Had several days to load, then a pleasant drive bringing last vehicle, then several days to unpack. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Cost was about same as rental truck but much less stressful. Will only use u-pack for future moves, no more rental trucks for us.

They show on time, easy to deal with them over the phone and. By text. Also they have a place that you can track the shipment. Good value and responsible.

They were late dropping off and picking up the containers, but that is literally my only complaint about UPack. We had a great experience otherwise. We used three Relocubes to move our 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse with a full two-car garage to Idaho and I feel like it was worth every penny. They were $500 cheaper than Pods. I recommend them to everyone needing to make a long distance move.
