Extra Space Storage

Came into the federal way location on 8/31 shopping around for storage locations. Because of how awesome and amazing Chase was we decided this was the place. Chase's personality is beyond amazing and his customer service skills are exceptional. Also Tony the manager at same location is sincere and they both talk to you as if they have known you for years. Definitely gonna recommend these guys to people and plan on using them

This place is great! The aisles are wide and the units are nice. I will definitely use Extra Space Storage for all my storage needs.

As far as storage places go, it was ok. We rented there for about a year. Never had an issue. It was the people that always made it a little bit special. The very few times we had to interact with employees, they were always polite and professional. When we moved out, we were assisted by Tony and he took professionalism and kindness to a whole new level. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Helped us when we didn’t ask for it and made us happy that we rented there. That man knows customer service and he know how to be helpful and kind.

This place has awesome customer service & caters to their RV storage customers. When i originally called in for rates I talked with David at the call center who helped me locate what I needed. I then checked out 2 facilities near me. Doris was extremely helpful and so was Mike. Great low prices too!

Storage unit is easy and simple to set up on arrival. The units are very clean and well kept which is very important to me as I kept household items and furniture in my storage unit. Great security measured and extremely kind staff membersnWould highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit.
