Good access to my storage, there is a light inside my unit. The buildings are in good repair.... but the best part are the managers, Ron and Nancy. They bend over backwards to service each person that walks through the door to the best of they're ability. . . . And then go the extra mile. They are personable and treat everyone equally.

After working with Amy, the receptionist, I was so thrilled with the service and the facilities at the Eagle Road facility. Clean, efficient storage facility and Any was terrific! Thanks, RP

So glad Ron and Nancy are the managers of this facility. After the bad experiences I have had in the Boise area with storage facilities it is such a relief to have such truly nice people running this one. The people in Boise can be quite difficult to deal with, but they do their best to be fair to everyone.
