Walmart Pharmacy in Ephrata has the best employees I have encountered in a long time. Since Royers closed, I have been looking for a pharmacy to transfer my family's prescriptions to. I couldn't be happier with the Walmart Pharmacy department. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Very nice people working in the Ephrata Wal-Mart. They are very professional, answer all your questions, and friendly.
Jim the pharmacist is completely incompetent and rude! Can't even read a doctors orders and let someone who just got out of the hospital being diagnosed with diabetes without insulin because one isn't in stock and the other he just didn't bother reading or filling.
I use mobile express and its very quick and I never have to wait in line. If you are doing regular drop off/pick up. You'll most likely wait in line. One of the associates that works there, Linda was very very helpful. She saved me alot of money every month. You can tell she cares about people. She asked questions about my situation instead of just trying to quickly get me out the door. She is the most helpful person I have ever come in contact with in any retail store!!
They people there are really nice in comparison to other pharmacies.
