Wow, WOW! I initially wrote a stellar review in regards to the salesman that I used to purchase over 4,000.00 worth of product at Furniture Row. I still stand behind that review but the follow-up and customer service I received post purchase has blown me away! Extremely rude and dismissive. The bulk of my purchase, a leather sectional and small dining table with 4 chairs was delivered as promised and by 2 amazing guys. My backordered bench for said table, was a nightmare to get info on. I was told it would be 2 months and I was alright with this but once that 2 months had passed...I had to call them. This too is fine but the attitudes and unprofessional behavior of the 2 associates that I spoke to blew me away!!! Just WOW!!!

We went yesterday to oak express looking for bar stools. We had to ask for help twice even though we were the only customers there. He said he needed to check his computer to see if he could have more shipped in. In the meantime we walked around the perimeter of the store once. Since he was joking with friends we thought he was done so we asked if he had found more. He said he hadn't looked due to an impt. call he was on. We stood there while he looked and he sarcastically said we could make a trip to Utah and get it if we really wanted it. This sales person needs to take a class on customer service or learn to work with minorities. And I'm not going to another web site and waste my time on this store or person.

I’ve been a customer of Oak Express since 2013, in 2013 I bought my first dining room table, I was super pregnant and husband was overseas at the time, Chris and employees took care of me, gave me the best bang for my buck and also added free installation for my table, and held it until I was moved in to my house and ready for it.nnIn 2018 we did a warranty swap for our table and the process was super smooth. Again, Chris went above and beyond to help the process run smoothly. I love that the Magnolia line is available in the actual store!! Oak Express is one of my favorite places to buy furniture. We will be back for more soon :)nnFurniture row is a great, “one stop shop” for all of your home needs. Thank you!!

I can’t say enough good about this place. Great quality solid wood furniture at good prices. (We looked all over trying to find an affordable solid wood set without veneer). Customer service was awesome. We bought our formal dining table and chairs 15 years ago from oak express. We have a huge family and they get lots of use. We’ve never had a problem. They still look great. A month ago we bought another kitchen table and chairs and benches from them. This week I noticed a small spot where the finish had come off so I called. They are replacing the table with no questions asked! The quality of furniture here is worth every penny.

Chris was very helpful and friendly and I love the variety and style of furniture they have. Lots of selection and We were able to purchase a single chair from a dining set we liked to take it home and see how we liked it which was very helpful. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to friends.
