Amazing service. Nikki was helpful and went out of her way whenever we needed but wasn’t overcrowding us like some sales people do. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because most dining sets were deeply out of stock and that made our options limited.

The WORST customer service ever, I should have gone elsewhere. I ordered a beautiful bed frame, side table and mirror. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to get here, it took 5 months. I was patient and kind through everything. I paid a lot for the set (total up front) and waited because it was just what I wanted. They promised to call me when it came in but didn’t. I called every few weeks and the last time I called it just “happened” to be in. When they brought it out, the instructions told them just to drop it off when I had arranged to have it set up. The men did not wear masks or foot covers. After all that time, they opened the mirror and it was all broken up. I asked why it was not checked when it arrived and they said they didn’t know. I had to call and report the mirror was broken. They said they had a floor model there and would let me know if it would be brought out or if I had to pick it up, which I was NOT going to do. It was a huge mirror. But I never got a call back. Called again several times over the next few weeks and always promised a call back but never would get the call. Finally, a few weeks later, I called and said my patience had run out and I wanted my mirror. They said they no longer had the floor model (apparently sold to someone else) and they might not be able to get one for me. I am waiting for a call back again. I want the beautiful mirror that perfectly matches my furniture and I have waited and waited for it. I feel very screwed over and ignored. With all of the other furniture stores in town, don’t put yourself through this. Never again.

Had a great shopping experience with Jake Stafford.nGreat no pressure salesman, but always available for any questions. We were also able to customize the sectional we purchased to meet our needs. Overall great!
