Outstanding service from the design teamnHighly recommended.

Be aware that the delivery company that they use is terrible. I’m never ordering furniture from them again. Those people are never coming into my house again.nnThey started by sliding furniture on my wood floors. I had to ask them to pick up the furniture instead of sliding it. Not good, but then, to my horror, both delivery people removed their masks halfway through the delivery. I had stepped out of the room and didn’t know. They were inside my house for 10+ minutes with no masks on. I was going to see my high-risk parents for the first time in months and had to cancel because of their carelessness. My mom cried. Not ok, West Elm and Eagle Transfer!nnAll their corporate speak about protecting their customers is empty promises.nnAnd good luck resolving the issue with West Elm when you do have an issue. They claim they have great customer service but that has not been my experience at all.nnI called the Boise store several times to resolve my issue. The manager was supposed to call me but never did. Tried their customer service line Many times,, I hung up after being on hold for 30+ minutes.nnThen I try email. The first person that responded didn’t even understand the issue. Send another email. The only response I got was to rate my experience with a person that I never got an email from. All I get is a run around.

This is tough because I have bought a lot of items from them over the last two years. The store staff is wonderful. I love the style of their items. I have found the quality to be good. But if they don't have your item in stock (likely) then everything goes downhill rapidly. You are basically at the whim of the national deliver center and then the local delivery company and both are horrible. Summary, if you do not need something for a couple of months and are fine being left in the dark until it shows up on your doorstep (even if you got an email saying it arrived in Boise two weeks ago), their stuff is awesome.

Gorgeous store with high-end ecofriendly options. Took off a star because staff rarely ever ask if they can help or even greet me when I walk in. It causes me to feel as if my business isn't valued.

No one talked to us as we were looking for couches. Also surprised at the prices for some items given they are veneered vs wood. Cute items though.
