I am a collector of rare and out of print compact discs. I purchased a disc on 11/14/2020. When I got home I exchanged the jewel case because it was badly scratched. Not a problem, I have many new cases. My problem is this. As a collector all aspects of the disc need to be of quality so if I want to sell it in the future I can get a fair price. When I opened the case to remove the inner piece that holds the disc I find a huge hole in the back piece of the artwork. This large hole was covered up by the price tag that was applied to the jewel case. Lots of room to place the price tag. This is not good business. If the artwork has a flaw it needs to be visible. All collectors will tell you the same. I have been a long time supporter of this store. I ask that you please be more honest about condition issues.
