I just bought a drum set for my wife this last week. I don’t know anything about drumming at all, and Gavin went above and beyond to help me. They were busy, and he found time to explain to me the pros and cons of the different sets they had available when I was looking. He even called me the next day with the specials they had available with their recent holiday specials. His expertise and customer service blew me away. 10/10, highly recommend this store, and Gavin in particular. Made my buying experience so pleasant. I could not be more happy. Everyone is always down to earth and very helpful. Gavin especially. If you need help with anything, he'll always provide you with great customer service and some good conversation. Good stock, affordable prices, and fast orders if they don't have what you need. Would highly recommend.
This store has a great selection of products. The acoustic room was great to shop in. The staff was polite when asking all of the customers to wear masks which we all did. And when it comes to product knowledge the individual I talked with was very good. All in all a very pleasant experience.
Absolutely amazing customer service. We were shown the guitars in out price range, allowed to try each one, then given time to decide. It was a wonderful shopping experience from start to finish. Thanks.
