I didn't know what to expect when I went in, needed to have some installation done for a new antenna. Everyone I met was pleasant and professional, they took a look and got me scheduled right away. When I came for my appointment the work was done promptly and my truck returned with no blemishes. I enjoyed the experience and would cheerfully recommend them.
John and his team hooked me up with an upgrade and the new speakers really rock! John even made sure I knew how to use all the new goodies my Kenwood comes with. Thank you!!
I called about a month ago, just to get information, and was told they were booked out for about 2-3 weeks. So imagine my surprise when I called on a Friday to set up an appointment to have a remote starter installed. John said he had a cancellation and they could install it the next day! They were very accommodating! With Fall upon us, I am now ready!
The customer service here is so good! They are always trying to help improve the situation and answer any questions you have! Highly recommend!
