Called yesterday and then stopped by today to purchase a refurbished monitor. It replaced one that I have had for years and is beginning to fail. Great customer service. Steve was extremely professional and friendly. The monitor was a great value as well.
Steve has an exceptionally good small business. Yesterday I took him my laptop which had a crashed hard drive. Later in the day he called me with a diagnosis and repair options. The first thing this morning he called to say it was already fully repaired! The total cost was about half what I anticipated, and I am writing this review on my better-than-before laptop. I can see why he has earned a 4.9 rating on Google. Call me a solid 5!nnDave
