Very disappointed in the poor customer service. Will not do business there ever again.nnEdit: I did not have a hard drive (per their response). My husband and I were shopping for a new computer system. We were prepared to drop a lot of money. The two employees we dealt with were inconsiderate and frankly, quite rude, not only to us but also to another customer. We witnessed the interaction with the other customer. Very unprofessional and I am not sure how they are staying in business. We like to shop local but would rather go to a box like Best Buy than deal with them again. ud83dudc4e
Quick response to email about PC issues. They were able to diagnose the 2 concerns that I had right away and kept me updated on parts and progress frequently. They were able to easily fix an issue that another local company had tried to fix unsuccessfully twice. Fantastic work and communication with the customer. Highly recommend.
These guys know their stuff. Very helpful. Was even able to answer a couple questions about a couple Ham Radio Clubs.
Extremely helpful, I came in to get a screw for my personal computer and I left know way more then i did before. Incredibly intelligent employees. I will be going back for any future computer questions.
I came in because I decided to replace a motherboard in my pc, and missed a step or two.nTyler in the service dept is phenomenal! He was helpful, friendly, and answered any questions I had.nI highly recommend this place!
