We ordered cookies on 11/27/2020 around 8:45pm for a 9:00-9:30pm delivery. The store was open until midnight. We ordered online, paid, and recieved an email confirmation. The cookies never came. Calls to the business went straight to voicemail. There was no call, text, or email letting us know they couldn’t complete the order. We replied to the email confirmation asking what happened and went to sleep. In the morning they replied:nn“I'm so sorry we couldn't get that order to you. If you would like we can reschedule that order for sometime today if you would like.”nnWe rescheduled and the cookies were eventually delivered. The whole thing was very strange. There was no explanation as to why they couldn’t deliver the cookies the previous night. Looking at recent reviews it seems this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. The cookies are good but probably won’t order again.

We wear our masks like we are supposed to. On the evening of 10/20 my wife stopped by to buy some cookies for dessert for some friends we were having over. Realizing she forgot her mask she wrapped her shawl around to head to cover her mouth and nose. This would fully in compliance with the requirements of the city of Boise...actually she was probably more protected that what her face mask would protect...anyway...the person behind the counter refused to serve her. We work two blocks from Chip...we will be driving to Crumbl from now on.

On Saturday 11.21.2020 at around 9:30pm we placed an order for the Boise location via the mobile app.nWe received an order confirmation number, payment was processed and the app confirmed delivery for between 10pm and 10:30pm.nnAt 11:30pm we hadn’t received our order. Knowing that Chip closes at 12am (because we’ve ordered previously) we attempted to call. All of our calls went directly to voicemail. We called at least 5x before 12am.nnTo be sure they hadn’t changed their hours, we checked google and verified closing was 12am.nnTo recap, we ordered. We paid. We received confirmation of our order. Chip processed our payment. Chip promised delivery. Chip never delivered. I love that I can get fresh, ENORMOUS cookies delivered in about an hour without having to mix any ingredients together. These were the perfect treat for an outdoor kids' playdate. I love the changing flavors, and one cookie is usually enough for a snack AND dessert later!

BEST. COOKIES. EVER.nnIf you are in the Boise area, you would be dearly mistaken to not stop by here for a treat. We came multiple times during our trip and everything was great. The selection is limited- either chocolate chip, Biscoff chip, or their flavor of the month which happened to be Pumpkin Nutella while we were there- but that is all you need because they are so dang good. Pretty reasonably priced- I think it was something like $3 for a cookie or $11 for a box of 4 and milk was only like $2 or $3 for a quart. Such reasonable prices. Our only regret is that we didn’t come more!
