The ice cream cakes are excellent. There are peak times where this particular store is busy, however, with up to an hour wait time (during pandemic). I suppose this is a testament to the quality of their product; however, that doesn't make it any less convenient. The female cashier wouldn't accept a $50 bill; apparently it's company policy. That's fine, except when I said I'd need to go get change, she HELD the order instead of suspending payment. That means the 7 or 8 people in line behind me had to wait until I returned from a nearby store with change. I was embarrassed, the other customers were angry, and she really did have plenty of change in the drawer. What's the point?
Nicely run store, never had a long wait and the staff is super friendly and kind!
The decorating on the cake was not good. The cake was lopsided and the writing was illegible. It was very sloppy and I would like a refund. Ruined my daughter’s birthday.
I’ve been into this coldstone multiple times and never had an issue. However the two times I’ve ordered through door dash/uber eats, a whole item has been missed. It’s incredibly disappointing that this has happened a second time. I understand the pandemic has caused a lot of issues for many businesses, but missing a 1/3 of the order twice is not usually an easy thing to miss?...nnI tried to call to see if I could come get the missing item and there was no answer, and the mailbox was full. I’m just confused and honestly really want my ice cream. ud83dude05
