FedEx Freight

Terrible service!!!! FedEx has now had my christmas gifts for 10 days with no delivery and no attempt. When I call their customer service they are absolutely no help at allnThey tell me my packages are out for delivery that same day and will be delivered by end of day. When I don't receive them I call back the next day and they say the same thing. They told me to have the company I ordered from file a claim and have them replace them.nI called the company I ordered from and they stated that this facility is having major issues as he was on the phone with them a lot yesterday due to upset customers not getting their deliveries as well. Amazing how UPS delivered my other packages just fine and are out until deliveries are made! Also fedex is putting in inaccurate reasons as to no delivery, Delivery exception. Local weather delay - delivery not attempted and Delivery exception. No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day.nDO NOT USE FEDEX

Delivered a completely empty package that was damaged and clearly empty. The seal on the side of the envelope had failed and it was wide open and completely empty. I do have the driver clearly carrying an open envelope to the door on two different camera views. I'm editing my review because I spoke to Kim at FedEx in Boise. I still haven't received what was in my package but she was as helpful as she could be and very honest and kind.

They were friendly and helpful when I went to pick up my very large crate.

Felt like I was being escorted to a top secret government facility and had to follow a strict protocol while there! It was weird

Direct and to the point was in and out with a pallet of items in record time. I no longer signed the papers walked to my van and presto the forklift was at the door. That is seriously fast blew Jimmy John's time out of the water. FYI sometimes you can catch a shipment at Boise terminal before ETA on tracking info. Again you guy's at FedEx saved the day entire pallet was installed today.
