Interesting Reese you respond to my husband's Google review and say this isn't the forum but don't have the courtesy to respond to our Facebook messages, emails, voicemails or text messages. IN YOUR ONLY MESSAGE to us post move, you told us you would address the damage and refund us our cost 2 weeks ago. I find your response to our damaged carport a dishonest statement as you personally were not present for our move. Our pictures do not lie.nnYour CONTINUED failure to address our issues and NOT refund our money YOU said you would leave us with, YOUR CUSTOMER, no other choice but to continue to make our dispute A VERY PUBLIC issue.nnPROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS BEWARE. This company will bid low and underestimate the move time. They will at the end of the move invoice you more then quoted OR they will use their employees to SCAM you with their threat to walk off the job and not complete the move UNLESS YOU PAY the movers directly. This company is unprofessional, inexperienced, careless, deceitful, and dishonest.nnIf you do decide to use them I highly recommend you don't use VENMO. You will have zero chance to recover your money when they do their grossly unprofessional job moving YOUR furniture.
Honestly, this is the best company ever. Lindsey and Reese came to move me yesterday and the we’re BEYOND amazing. They have no idea how much they truly helped our family. I would give them more stars if I could. Super responsive and so very kind. Highly highly recommend(:
This Company is so amazing. Very professional. Responding very quickly to our concerns. We will never use anyone else. There price is great and there service is even better. Reese and Lindsey were on time and knowledgeable.
When I was looking to book, these were the only movers available and they were quick to respond to my text. However, after the move, I submitted a claim for several broken items and the business owner and he has ignored me every since. I had to replace my washer, my dryer looks like it went thru a tornado, had to take a shoe rack to the dump.....their speed caused some carelessness and the owner obviously doesn't care.
The movers were nice although they broke 2 items and crashed their truck into the carport (at the apt complex). Reese (owner) lacks communication skills and does not follow up as he promises.n[2 stars for the workers; 0 star for the owner so I averaged it to 1 stars]
