Very professional and friendly with great customer service. Have used them on a number of moves, from complex to quick and the performance is consistently good. In the few instances there has been an issue with damage, they were resolved quickly, completely and hassle free. Highly recommended.

You can’t find a more honest, reliable trustworthy and professional moving company. A weak link at times is the available resource pool on either end of the move. Every person involved in this move (Cal to Boise) was trustworthy had good character and treated my assets with respect. Working with Ron and the entire staff alleviated a lot of potential stress. They did what they said they were going to do and they were quite accommodating. Highly recommend them!

This past Monday we made a local move from Nampa to Meridian and used the services of Merchants Moving & Storage (Atlas Van Lines) in Boise.nnWe could not have been happier with the entire move from beginning to end!!!nnPrior to the move, Justin came out to do a walk-through and survey what we were moving, note any obstacle items that needed special attention and any specific wishes we had ...and we did haveud83dude0a.nnOn the day of the move, Robert called to let us know when the crew would be heading our way and the moving crew lead Josh called on his way with an ETA. The crew arrived, introduced themselves and did a walk-through with us and noted specifics Justin discussed with us. They wrapped every single piece of furniture and took great care with our belongings.nnAt the new address, they did a walk-through to note which room was which and proceeded to unload, putting the items in the appropriate rooms. I had a special wish to put all the boxes along one wall with labels facing out, which they were happy to accommodate.nnOn top of that, there wasn't one piece of damage to any items or either home!!!nnWhen the move was completed, Jenn took our payment over the phone and emailed us the receipt.nnEveryone we worked with was professional and had great attitudes. Even at the end of a long, exhausting day, we couldn't help but be in a good mood with how well we were taken care of by the Merchants team!nnWe will be making another move in the next 1 - 2 years and will only use Merchants Moving & Storage for our moving needs!nnKelly & Debbie Molnar

Merchants moving delivered some pieces that I ordered from RH. These two guys were outstanding! They far exceeded my expectations from start to finish. As an interior designer I experience a lot of delivery companies and unfortunately 95% of them are terrible and I have to really pay attention that they don’t damage the home or the furniture. These guys were not only polite and professional but they took EXTREME care in unpacking the pieces and re-wrapping them in furniture blankets and shrink wrap to get them into the elevator and up into the condominium. They definitely went above and beyond what most delivery people do. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely the best moving experience we’ve had! Dan and Charlie did a great job of unloading our belongings! They were very careful when moving our furniture so as not to ding our walls. They were very professional during the whole process and they worked well as a team! We would highly recommend Merchants Moving for any of your moving needs!! Great job, Merchants Moving & Storage!
