YRC Freight

Shipment still isn't here, estimated arrival was September 25th (it's not October 6th)... no explanations offered.. I have a more detailed review I'll post after I finally receive my goods.

Good freight company to work with. Friendly and helpful.

I wasn't a customer, however, I just got run off the road by a driver pulling 3 trailers! She was driving very fast on an interchange with no turn indicator and pulled right in front of me. I was alongside the 1st and 2nd trailers. Thankfully I had a wide shoulder to pullover and stop to wait for the truck to finish passing.

We get freight shipments at least several times weekly, and these guys drop the ball worse than anyone. Don't deliver on time, make excuses, don't follow through with promises. Cost me money and time with their BS.

poor customer service. expect customer to do all of the work.
