Liz at Stor-It Self Storage is the best! I had a bit of a storage dilemma of which Liz delivered a solution. I appreciated her time and patience. The units seem to be the perfect solution. Clean, fast & efficient, what else can you ask for!

Only needed a unit for a week while I was in between houses. They informed me that they can only do one month rentals and if I moved out sooner they would apply a “credit” to my account which I could use at a later date. I had no problem with this policy as their policy clearly stated “no refunds.” Well the problems came when it came time to apply this so called credit. I called ahead to confirm my credit with someone and they informed me that they don’t take reservations over the phone I would have to come in but my credit could be applied “no problem.” I wanted to rent a unit for a month that my credit would more than cover, however the attendant informed me that I would need to provide ANOTHER payment for this unit. So they’re basically telling me that I need to pay them more money on top of the credit they already owe me! Times are tough but these robbers will do everything they can to take money from you. Do not come to these crooks!nnUpdate: they were finally able to apply the credit after much teeth pulling and insisting. The person working here was very helpful but clearly the owners have set up the system in a way that robs its customers. I’ve upgraded my review to two stars since they were able to give me the credit due to me but please educate your staff on this protocol or update how this is done in your system!

Services by Stor-it are excellent both over the phone and in person. Efficient and thorough information is given in a courteous and friendly manner. The facility is easy to access by moving trucks, even a huge semi fit, and everything is clean and secure. I’ve rented storage units with Stor-It twice In three years and will gladly do so again as needed in the future. I recommend them without hesitation.
