Brad was absolutely amazing today. He helped me find every item on my list, escorted me through the cashier line, and even loaded my pavers into my car. He did all of this with a friendly attitude and I’m sure a mega watt smile under the mask. He truly made me feel like the most valued person in the store. Thank you Brad for your kindness, it meant the world. We’ll definitely be back!

This stores policies makes no sense. They are happy to take your money over the phone for manual entry bulk orders for contractors but won’t take a manual entry purchase in store with valid ID. I will never shop at this store again. My chip is bad and am waiting for a new card. Did a manual entry at 2 other Lowe’s in the valley with no questions. This store was un willing to make an exception. No matter the ID validation or circumstance. Ridiculous! Lost a customer for life. Home Depot’s always been better anyways.

Great customer experience. The employees we dealt with were helpful and patient. Christopher (who was apparently still in-training, but who’s know-how proved otherwise) and Josiah got us everything we needed. 1 million stars. And the store’s delivery times were a much shorter wait than other locations.

We went in to choose our flooring and the associate was so helpful. He wasn't just trying to make a buck. He genuinely cared about our needs. I was very pleased with the customer service! He took his time with us and was very knowledgeable about the products! Thumbs up Lowes!
