Had last minute pickup b4 closing and employee was very helpful and gave me a hand getting it loaded....

Very nice experience today. The greeter offered us a mask, but wasn't pushy. The ladies at the paint counter were knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman that tried to help us in plumbing didn't seem to grasp what we were asking about. So we found it on our own. The cashier, Ron, was very friendly and helped me with getting a discount on my purchase.

I unfortunately had an exceptionally poor experience here.nI came for two things: a ceramic tile and a sample of tile. The ceramic tile didn’t have a price on it, so when I looked for someone at self-checkout for me, there was nobody, I waited until finally an employee told me to go look at the price and figure it out.nI went to take a picture of the price tag so that I could go to another checkout stand and receive help getting checked out, there were no attendants at those stands either. I wandered until somebody showed up to a check stand to help check me out.nMy first cashier helped until someone told her she had to go to another stand and I was switched to another cashier. Three cashiers for two items. On my third cashier, I explained and showed them the picture of the price and they told me there was nothing they could do because there was no price tag on it and it was sold in a group, so I was rushed to the side while he checked out other customers. Finally, a manager came over to double check why just one tile was available if they were only sold in a group and she threw up her hands and said there was nothing she could do.nThis was such a frustrating situation. I understand that things get busy and employees get short-tempered, but that was a total of four employees unwilling to help me check out two very simple items. I thanked them for their time and left so frustrated.
