Rent-A-Center

I had an amazing experience at rent a center Boise. The manager was professional and courteous and made me feel very taken care of. Some of the reviews on here are completely ridiculous and not at all the experience I had. The manager was very clear at explaining the policies and payment details. If you intend on being a person who pays their bills on time and does not try to return products that you damaged then there should be no issues. The manager, Jaunn, will go out of his way to work with you as long as you just let him know what you need. I had to go late on a payment here and there and he was completely reasonable with helping me out with extra time. If you are looking to rent to own anything, go see Jaunn!

The manager John I believe his name was is a real piece of work to say the least. He called me a liar multiple times. Worst experience ever, I will never go through this company again. I returned my product and have told many people to stay away. I was told one biweekly price and when it came time to pay they tried to say it was double. If there is any hope for this place they need to start by getting rid of the manager that treats customers like he is better than them.

Good luck with this unit. General Manager is condescending & the District Manager refuses to provide any resolution...DO NOT USE THIS STORE....they have no idea what customer service is, and what is worse, they don't care. It's sad. UPDATE 11/20/2020...I was contacted several times by corporate & they listened, apologised & refunded my money...I feel that one unit's horrible experience shouldn't define a company. I would try again with the company, but steer clear away from that unit. Thanks for addressing & resolving. #districtmanager101

Long story short our fridge went out we live in Cascade Idaho and we called this Rent-A-Center and ask them if they service Cascade they said they do so we have been waiting for a week to get a call back about a fridge that came in for us and when we called today they told us that we are too far out of their service range so that we could not get a fridge and now we have $200 worth of groceries spoiling because they lied to us

Rude ,bad customer service, overly priced and the manager John is a absolute piece of work completly rude and ignorant would never recomend
