I highly recommend Treasure Valley Mattress & Furniture! They are a locally owned business. I set up an appointment to meet with John. I was in need of a bed frame. There was no pressure or hovering. Like you see at other furniture stores. He was kind, courteous, helpful, professional, and respectful. He answered any questions that I had on the frames. I also had the time and space to look at all of my options. I also purchased a dining room table set from the store. It is French chic, modern, and fitting for my dining area! Which was delivered by the store with no issues. I will definitely be supporting and continuing to shop at this store in the future. They go above beyond to put customers first!
Best customer service ever! I worked in sales for many years and not many people go the so far above and beyond like John did. I am located out of state and emailed about a hard to find mattress I was trying to locate, hoping if they had it I could pay to have it shipped. Even though he no longer stocks the model I am looking for, the owner John actually took the time (and several emails!) to help me try to locate it’s equivalent. He also gave me some really valuable information on how to protect myself from being taken advantage of when shopping for my mattress. So many salespeople and business owners are sharks willing to do anything to make a buck, and then there are wonderful people like John who choose to do right by their customers even when there’s no profit to be made. Thank you so much for the exceptional service, if I have the opportunity to give you my business in the future I will do so without hesitation; in fact I would happily pay extra to get my next mattress through you if that were an option, because the peace of mind in buying from someone I can trust would be more than worth an added cost.
What a wonderful experience we had buying a bed frame and rug from this local business. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Great quality and service, we will definitely be coming back for more furniture needs.
Great experience with Treasure Valley Mattress and Furniture! I had tried a few larger stores but I was frustrated with back orders. I found this store Friday morning on google and was a little discouraged when asked to request an appointment thinking I was going to be pushed out. Ten minutes later, I received a text from John- the owner himself! He could get me into the store right when they open! He had exactly what I was looking for, I loaded it up and away I went with my new bed frame! John was so friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous! Hands down best furniture place I’ve been- I will definitely be back!
