I have now purchased furniture on three occasions, working primarily with Nick. They are awesome. Looking, buying, delivery, set up, everything has been great each time. They have personalized the help they have given me, and they are not impersonal like big box stores like Ashley or RC weilley.
We stopped in looking for an inexpensive but nice looking file cabinet. Both gentlemen were respectful of the COVID issues and were helpful and showed us many options. We bought one that perfectly fit our needs. We will definitely shop here again as their service, selection and quality are terrific. Thank you.
Came in and was the only Shopper there. I came to help me with no mask. Looked around at a $2,000 desk and he left me by myself. I looked around for accessories for over 10 minutes and he never came back. No sale not returning
I had been looking for an office chair for a while before I stopped into Active Office Furniture. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Nick. He was helpful and pointed us in the right direction. We took our time and sat in every chair they had. Nick even came out of the back while eating lunch just to check on us and make sure we were doing alright and answer any questions. We found one we liked and the price was amazing. We ended up going shopping for some other things and by the time we were headed back the place was closed for the day. I went in Monday morning and Nick remembered me and gave me a warm greeting. Chad was able to help me load the chair in the car and ring me up. Not only does this place have a great staff that is happy to do business, but it has some of the best pricing available. The price for in the box or assembled is right on the tag, so no second guessing. I recommend anyone that is looking for office furniture to stop by and give them a shot. They also do large quantity orders as well as used furniture.
