I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years. Ever since the state street location open in Eagle, I have used the store to purchase my phone's I continue to get excellent service. By far this location is the best for customer service. Last week I went in to ask why was having cellphone coverage difficulties within my home, By far this location Is the best for customer service. Last week I went in to ask why I was having cellphone coverage difficulties within my home, the manager Jackie went over and beyond to help me troubleshoot what could be the problem. She was patient with me being an older customer who is not as Tech savvy as some younger users. She was instrumental in solving my problem by calling corporate T-Mobile and advocating for the customer to get the best service possible and to remedy my problem. I want Jackie's bosses to know that she went over and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. I appreciate everything she did on my behalf and because of her service I continue to be a satisfied T-Mobile customer.

Riley and Emily are the most helpful T-Mobile customer service reps in a store up here. They set me up with a nice deal on the phone I am well pleased I would recommend this store and their service at any time any hour

I signed up at TMobile a little over 5 months ago and the associate Ethan helped me with my transfer, he was very knowledgeable and helped me without hassle, highly recommend this store!

This location is hands-down the best place to go as a T-Mobile customer, or if you are looking into switching to T-Mobile. This individually owed location has a business/ethics structure that all other locations should emulate. They make you feel right at home when you walk through the door. They are calm and want nothing more than to assist you with your needs, even if there's something on your device or accessory that you stop by for assistance with. There is absolutely no high pressure sales/tactics. They even spent hours with me this evening transferring data from my old trade-in phone to my new phone purchased at another store, and helped me learn my new phone. They even packaged up the trade-in phone that I have to ship back to T-Mobile since the phone I got was a pre-order. I was trying to help a friend and purchased at another store, but I will never stray again. I promise you will not be disappointed. Check them out once and you will see what I mean and be hooked. The store has really good customer service. I have been to the Glenwood store and not had real honest help! I felt taken care of and my questions and concerns were attended to. Thank you to the new faces I worked with today and yesterday ud83dude04. I've had problems with the last 3 warranty exchanges and it's frustrating alone dealing with phones that have problems. So I appreciate Jackie, Ethan and the staff who really help to alleviate the problems.
