Metro by T-Mobile

They were rude. They sell damaged products that do not function. If I hear one more time, I am a sells person, I can't help you. You have to wait for a manager. I think I will scream.nThey refused to refund the price of the phone. Even though my son had, had the phone for only 3 days. It would not work. We call the the tech suppose that is a joke also. Someone who can't speak english or be understood is trying to tell you what to do. You need to reboot your phone. Which we did. We followed all their steps and still the phone would not work. They still refused to replace or refund the phone. Manger was so rude. Threatened to call the police if I didn't stop demanding they take care of the problem. This was on my fourth visit to the store.nI would never buy from them or use their product. Oh and going to T-Mobile for help, yeah no. They can't help you fix a phone they sell. Because it was bought at Metro PC.nThieving company. NEVER EVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN.

I walked in thinking there wasnt a lot to choose from. But Dara walked me through all their phones and turned out they had exactly what I needed. She is cute too. 5 stars

This place is a great place to get a phone the manager daniel is a very friendly and does what it takes to take care of of his customers if your thinking of a phone check out the state Street metro
