Walked in with my elderly father who needed help with a data plan. We met Joe who was more than helpful, he looked up several plans and options. He explained in detail so my father could understand each plan. My father left with a better data plan, and I left feeling grateful to Joe for some excellent customer service.
Went into the store 10 minutes before close, Jay welcomed us with a smile and helped us fine the right case for our phones. He was patient and helpful even after we kept him 10 minutes after close. Jay was amazing!
Jay was amazing to work with! I went in to upgrade my phone and I had about a billion questions - he was patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He helped me find the perfect phone, and took the time to walk me through all the features. I highly recommend coming to see the guys at GoWireless in Garden City for all your Verizon needs!
All around great place to get help with my phone. But main shout out to Jay and Spencer. They really took the time to walk me through what I needed. Really the kinda guys to have around.
Spencer is amazing and so funny and helpful yet professional and the same goes for Joe. Wonderful service! This is by far my favorite Verizon store and all the employees are so kind.
