Shaina is great, positive and smart employee who should be recognized for her salesmanship!

Waited 30 minutes to buy $200 worth of lady's clothing. Didn't get any help. Had to chase down an employee, who said she is the only person on the whole floor. For one of the finest clothing stores in the valley, I was more than disappointed. The employee was inapologetic and without any concern. I feel badly for her. There's no way one person can handle the shoppers on a floor that size. Dillard's can do better. This isn't the first time. In the past I would always have rated my service a 5 star at Dillards. Covid seems to be the excuse. Suggestion: place some signs out explaining the process for shoppers to follow or make PA announcements from time to time. I was lost and easily could have walked out of the store irritated and making excuses for not paying for the items. That's just not me. Make it better.

Best place to shop

Their women's shoes selection was 'to die for' OMG they had fabulous shoes, and they were quite reasonably priced. Will definitely go back but only when I don't have to wear a mask!

Dillard's always has a great selection and I can usually find some decent prices. I was disappointed because I didn't realize they close at 7:00 now because of COVID. I only had 15 minutes to shop. I'll have to try them again another time.
