Ross Dress for Less

I love Ross. I have always been able to find cute clothes and have never left without buying something. Makes it very convenient to have all of the clothes coordinated size. Staff has always been extremely sweet and helpful. Prices are great too! Totally recommend.

The rudest return lady I’ve ever met, I went to return an item for store credit with no receipt, and they gave me back less than I paid. When I asked about it, she snapped that I wasn’t guaranteed anything and I could keep the item if I’d like. I understand the policy— that’s fine by me and if she had kindly explained it would be no big deal. But perhaps Ross should give some customer service (or general kindness!) training.

The staff here were so helpful, and friendly too! I called beforehand to check to see if they sold umbrellas, and had some very specific questions because I'm going to make costume wings from an umbrella. The lady who answered my call actually went to check the umbrellas to tell me if they'd work for my purposes. She remembered my call when I came in, and pointed me in the direction of the umbrellas. I wish I had thought to get her name to put in this review. It was a great overall shopping experience.

I love shopping Ross for everything! I bought a new hair straightener and headphones for my kids online school. All products are the best prices there.

The employee at the door greeting people, very friendly. & was happy to help with an issue/exchange. Some of the other employees, not so friendly.
