Kohl's

I went here to return an Amazon purchase, which was smooth. While there I started shopping for a some new bras.... I found some I liked and went to check out. The line was wrapped around the store. I wasn't going to stand there with my 9 month old baby and wait for two bras, no matter how badly I need them. They should really staff more appropriately.

Ordered items online, went to pick up at the back of store, only to see a long line of people bringing stuff back. Then, one of the clerks came out and asked who was picking up online orders. I moved to the front of a separate line and was out of there in minutes. Alert and thoughtful help there. Good job!!

Masks.. that is all.. could not hear the checker.. no smiles. Should be my choice

8/7/20 haven't been in sinse November. The store is NOT stocked well except for clearance, the Dressing rooms are closed, so I put back the all clothes I picked out. And the line to get checked out ran all the way around through the back of the store. It was not a good time. Three stars as the check out people were very nice.

They are well organized for COVID-19. I returned an Amazon item there and the experience was smooth, easy. I liked what I saw looking around. I think I will go back there.
