WRONG INFORMATION APP ! Do NOT trust pharmacy Rx updates ! Told Rx was out of stock, delay of 1-2 days, told on 3rd day, might have to wait up to 8 days. Call and confirm with pharmacy every time ! Not a great experience ! This has happened before, but the delay wasn't this long. Call and make sure the pharmacy receives the Rx. Even if App says medication is ready for pickup, call and confirm with a pharmacy tech! No real communication between APP and individual pharmacies. WRONG INFO ON APP !
I've used this pharmacy a few times, and my goodness they are awful! Their is always an issue, whether it be the person that waits on u, they either don't know how to put into the system a new prescription that ur bringing in, or they don't know how to look up insurance info. I understand we are all new to a job at some point, but good goodness train ur employees b4 u put them out front. They take way too long to fill a script, like several hours.
This is the worst pharmacy I have every been to! There are several pharmacists here but the younger thin woman with brown hair is INCREDIBLY rude and literally argues with you when you ask a question! This happens every single time I get her. If I could give zero stars, I would
