I want to start by saying the cakes taste amazing.nThe taste, texture, and quality of these cakes is incomparable. I got one on Thanksgiving for the whole family to try and we all loved it.nNext up, the service provided by the workers is the best. I ordered my cake for the day before Thanksgiving because they were closed on the day of. Unfortunately, I missed the time to pick up the cake since they close at 5 and I got off work at 4:30. I emailed their business email address at about 7:00 pm later that night apologizing and asking if there was anything that we can do. Within 15 minutes I got a reply saying that someone could meet me there to pickup the cake even though they will be closed. That was such a generous and nice thing that it deserved a 5 star rating.
You guys really don’t know how to run a business and it’s only going to fail and hurt you in the end. I hope someone makes all of you cry on your birthdays since that’s the route you took on my little boy rather than just taking my cash and giving me the cake I ordered for him.nnA note to the owner: train your Management better to have a team with a solid work ethic to bring back repeat customers I was not greeted with a friendly hello or a smile.nnA note to management fix your card machines and keep up with your job title “management” shouldn’t be this difficult.nnA note to the staff: treat your paying customers with some respect and dignity, if you mess up be a human and simply take accountability and end it with a sincere apology.nnAnd to whom it may concern on the response to this, I already filed a formal complaint and a non formal one through nbclistens.smg.comnAnd I really hope you do listen and take customer input into your business otherwise it’s your own reputation that will fall.
After filling out an online order, since it was the only way that I could make the order, there was a glitch in the online order form, that caused my order to not go through. When I got to the store, the order was not filled. Fortunately, they had a cake that I was wanting in the first place. The sales lady explained that there were problems with their online system, but she did not have much empathy when I explained that it could have gone a totally different way. It could have very well been possible that they didn't have my cake when I came in and what would I have done if they didn't. I guess I would have been S.O. L. They don't answer their phone either, so I could not confirm if my order had been received. Some improvements in offering customer assurance & convenience is necessary.
Sad when you wont honor someone's free birthday bundlet. Why do you send them to people then? Will be removing you from my email feed. No-one answers the phone what is that about? Before I drive forty minutes there, about an hour an a half total just to see if you have a flavor! PICK UP YOUR PHONE! Cakes are good, but not worth the rudeness!
Ive tried calling over and over. The first time it rang normally and then they clearly changed it over for recording only. No answering machine, nothing. This is my second day trying to change a pickup order to delivery. I live in a different state, so I can’t go in and fix it myself.nnPlease do not give me your copy and paste comment to my review, asking me to go to another website to explain more. It lacks any form of sincerity or professionalism to customers poor experiences.
