We visited Mattress Firm today and were thrilled with the selection and service. Isaac was extremely helpful but still gave us space and let us have the time we needed to check out our options. I left feeling very confident about our purchase. I definitely would recommend this store and especially Isaac as a Sales Associate.
I had an amazing shopping experience but my 2 stars are for delivery. The tracking app on the website was helpful and pretty accurate which was good. I ordered an adjustable base, mattress and mattress cover. I was told the delivery people would set everything up including putting on the mattress cover. Well apparently the delivery guy told my dad he couldn’t put on the cover because his hands were numb or something like that. The mattress I ordered was kind of heavy and there is no reason my elderly dad should have had to do that task (I was at work) alone, esp after all the money I will be spending. I am very disappointed. I will be contacting the store tomorrow.

We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. The staff did a very good job attended to all of the customers in the store. The manager of the store took great care of us.
Really great salesperson. Not at all pushy but very informative. I tried out quite a few mattresses and then found a good deal.
