Didn't have the shoe was looking for but the sales people were friendly
2 weeks ago, I stopped by Saks but unfortunately their doors were not open yet. I ended up purchasing my favorite items at Neiman Marcus KOP. The sales lady was not so kind(fake).ud83dude15nnA few days ago, I went back to Saks. I am truly amazed that the sales lady(Julissa)-she remembered me (with my mask on) after more than a year ago! She is awesome and very genuine. I can definitely tell that she gives more attention to her customers than herself.nI will always go to her and nowhere else! Those of you who shop there, probably know her too ud83dude42nOlivier Creed Fragrances.
The young lady at gucci shop told me the sneakers i want r sold out & cant be ordered online...i went to KOP gucci store..& behold they were in stock !! Guess she didnt want to do any xtra work by seeing if another location had them because quicky she went straight on break.
Customer service is OK. What made it great was after being ignored by 4 salespeople, Naje and the mgr, attended to my retail needs. Their customer service is paramount and greatly appreciated!
