Hard to find a cashier but i understand,the store getting ready to close
Sad to see that they are closing. It is the best store in the area.
Everything is overpriced even though they claim there is a sale. The sale is a hoax. I bought a pair of shoes for $120 from this store, However I could buy it online for $50. Be aware that everything is final sale. No item can be returned.
Staff was very uptight and short. It was very uncomfortable. It wasn't very busy so this kind of response confused me a bit. I neeeever leave bad reviews but that kind of environment isn't fair to anyone. After interacting with three different sales reps that acted almost identical, I put my items down and left the store. My daughter did purchase a pair of sneakers because she couldn't resist, but we made the decision not to return.
My review comes a bit late as the store is now closed for good I believe. No regrets! I went there twice and it went from bad to worse. Employees don't want to be there : The lady at the Bobbi Brown counter (short and overweight) couldn't care less and was extremely condescending. From this point forward I will go to Macy's even if it's further...Much better customer service hands down.
