Oliver assisted me with everything I needed for printing my project even though I walked in at 8:15 and he had to juggle other customers as well as helping me. Great customer service! Thankful for the kind treatment!
I had a great experience going and printing materials for an event I was hosting. I couldn't print it all from the self serve printers but the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly, worked with me as I was trying to figure out what type of paper to use and remembered me when I came back a few days later. I would highly recommend going there for printing needs.
Amir in the Tech dept quoted me a price for fixing my (very) cracked iPhone screen, and thought he could fix it in an hour. I dropped it off, and one hour later, picked it up for the quoted price. Lovely to work with.

I will never go to this staples again. I went into the store on a Tuesday to order a personalized sign for my daughters birthday on Sunday for a parade and drive by because of Covid. I asked will it be ready in time. Two of the people in printing assured me it will be in by Thursday. I call Saturday to confirm and was told it won’t be in until Monday! Worse customer service ever.
