Worked with Russ for replacing a 20 year old mattress. He was very helpful but not pushy at all! Russ knew the merchandise well and explained all the differences between the mattresses. Went on Black Friday and got a great deal!

Russ helped us tremendously with our new bed. He was informative, patient and well versed in all things mattress related. He was not pushy or aggressive and I found the store to be clean, neat and organized. The sample mattresses were clean and I can't recommend this store enough. After visiting all the regular big box stores we landed here and could not be happier with our purchase.

Very happy with salesperson (Onnee), selection in store, and delivery men. We purchased a Stern's and Foster Rockwell Estate Luxury Plush that was delivered on 9/22. Since it is now about 6 weeks, I think the mattress would get a rating 4/5 because there are spots that seem to feel too firm and other spots that seem too soft for me, but my wife likes it at 5/5 so that is fine with me. Bottom line is it was the most comfortable when we were in the store and we are sleeping better. We compared many mattresses and read many reviews.

I was shopping for a new mattress for our guest bedroom. Gus quickly explained the options on firmness and pricing. I tested a few mattresses for comfort and that was it. Quick and easy.

We purchased 2 beds with very different requirements for each. Our sales assistant, Onnee Z., asked us pertinent questions about our sleeping habits and our mattress likes and dislikes. She listened carefully and showed us a range which encompassed our both needs and our budget. She was friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable and was able to patiently guide us to our perfect match. An enjoyable and fun experience all round. Thank you!n...A follow on. We have now received our order and the bed is divine!! We are very grateful that we did not settle on our initial choice and listened to Onnee's stellar advice. She was spot on!
