I shopped around online for a dishwasher and grill. Found that Gerhard's was priced the same as non-local stores. Their selection was not extensive as other companies, but all the offerings were high quality. They had both items in stock and had them delivered just a couple days later. The delivery team in particular was very helpful and friendly. Check Gerhard's first before buying online or shopping at a box store!

So far I have given this place money for a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, a washer/dryer set, and a grill. While I have in the past had regrets over financial decisions, none of those times have been with Gerhards. I can only speak for the Ardmore store, as I haven't been to any of the other locations. That being said. The selection of appliances are alright (it is 2020 after all). The sales staff knew their stuff, all my questions were answered. No pressure from them either. Even the people working at the counter and answering phones are polite and professional. Everything was shipped and was delivered or was ready for pick-up in a timely fashion. They even reach out through phone/email to give you notice of your deliveries and have you confirm them the night before. The delivery/install crew was super nice, knowledgeable, efficient and was utilizing their PPE and maintaining a 6' while working. All and all why would you go anywhere else.

Excellent and helpful customer service! All of our questions were answered, comparative products were shown, and the ordering process was simple. Looking forward to receiving our new washer & dryer. Would highly recommend!

Got a great price on my refrigerator and they were able to get my delivery bumped up much sooner than originally planned. They were also very responsive when there was a small screw missing and was able to fix the issue for me quickly.

I originally posted what a great sales experience I had and how pleased I was. Well, that changed! Once I received the units the washer was not working properly, and I wanted to return them and go with a different brand, but I forced into having it serviced and still dealing with the situatio (1. Why would I return one and not the other if I'm going with a different brand? 2. Why would I want/need a brand new appliance serviced?) Unexpectedly, the great customer service I always had changed. I spoke with Savannah, she was very short and extremely rude. Then, I spoke with Jessica who hung up on me. As a company, you should stand by the products you sale. I am a family of 4 and now it is costing me more money to deal with an appliance that is not working correctly. With all that is going on in the world the last thing that anyone needs to deal with is bad customer service, and brand new appliance not working. Unfortunately, it's not worth the headache to shop with Gerhard.
