I placed an order on Sept. 29. After my third phone call, on Oct. 30, I still have not received my order. This store has not tried to contact me in order to let me know that items were on back order. I was promised today that I would receive a phone call on Nov. 2 with a tracking number. We will see if I get that call. Every one I spoke with was nice, but they did not do what they said they would which was ship my order.

BEWARE, BEWARE!! NEVER, EVER, BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!! THEY ARE VERY INCOMPETENT AND THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL (FRAN IN PARTICULAR)!!! EVEN THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT HE NEEDED TO TAKE FRAN OFF OF THE PHONES, BECAUSE I'M NOT THE FIRST ONE WHO TOLD HIM THAT!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY EASILY ENOUGH, BUT THEN NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS!!! THEY JUST TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR, (IT'S ON THE WAY AND YOU'LL HAVE IT IN TIME), AND DON'T FOLLOW UP ON ANYTHING!! BEFORE I RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE, WHICH TOOK AN ENTIRE MONTH, (AND MISSED THE OCCASION FOR WHICH I ORDERED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!), I ENDED UP MAKING 9 PHONE CALLS AND SENDING 2 EMAILS, ALL BECAUSE NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK OR ANSWERS EMAILS!! THEIR INCOMPETENCE IS UNBELIEVEABLE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER A SINGLE THING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!! YOU CAN BET I WILL SPREAD THE WORD!!! ROBIN BENEDICTnnIn response .... Ahhh yes, the truth .....

Their dresses are beautiful, but their customer service is even better! I purchased an absolutely beautiful communion dress for my daughter at a fraction of the cost that a boutique near my home was selling it for. Due to the COVID - 19 pandemic her communion was postponed indefinitely and they offered to modify their return policy so I could exchange the dress for a larger size once a new date was determined. Everyone was extremely kind and considerate and it definitely helped ease some of our worries during this stressful time. I would highly recommend this shop. The quality and customer service is second to none

I had a few questions for customer service before I placed my order. They answered all my questions immediately (I was a little surprised to be able to talk to a real person so quickly. I thought I would have to wander thru a phone system for a long time.) After I placed the order, it arrived quickly.
